About VADIC
Our mission is to provide Vermont residents, community organizations, and other partners with easy access to important resources and materials for substance use programs and campaigns. These publications and resources are free to all Vermonters.
Through this platform, you can order free resources on substance use prevention, harm reduction, treatment and recovery to help spread awareness and promote health and safety across the state. VADIC is Supported by the Vermont Department of Health, Division of Substance Use Programs

1. What is the Vermont Drug and Alcohol Information Clearinghouse?
The Vermont Drug and Alcohol Information Clearinghouse (VADIC) is a resource hub that provides free educational materials, promotional materials, and information about substance use prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery.
This service is now brought to you by VT Helplink. Materials are available for individuals, families, healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations free of cost because of generous funding through the Division of Substance Use Services.
2. When can I expect my order? What if my order is urgent or I need it by a certain date?
Orders are delivered within 7 business days. If you need your materials for an event or by a specific date, please indicate that in the field "Customer Notes" when you place your order and we will do our best to meet your target date. If you need to receive your order within a day or two, please call us at 617-830-5590.
3. How do I find a specific brochure, poster, etc.?
The search bar is located in the top right of any page – you can enter a title or item number to search for a specific item. If you are looking for materials from a specific program, you can select the program in the left-hand toolbar to see all associated promotional materials with that program.
4. What if materials are "Out of Stock"?
Occasionally we run out of materials at our warehouse and those materials will be noted as "Out of Stock" on our website. We will usually have these materials back in stock in a few months.
